Short description of the project

The research analyses the Chinese investments in Visegrad countries before and after the crisis with a special focus on Chinese financial assistance such as the purchase of government bonds, credit lines and grants for infrastructure projects. In addition to the economic issues, the research examines the underlying political interests of both sides as well as the attitude of V4 societies to incoming Chinese capital and growing influence.
